Halloween Mask Workshop Oct 29th

Cork Environmental Forum return with their popular hands on workshops for Halloween.Using rubbish and waste materials Jessica Mason will help a limited group of children create spooky masks, hats and accessories for Halloween costumes at  Lifetime Lab on Saturday 29th October, 12-3pm.

This is a free workshop for children aged 5 and up.Places are limited so please register your children by replying to patrick@cef.ie as soon as possible.Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and once we have received your application we will confirm by email if a place is available. As we always have far more interest than places, we apologise in advance to anyone who we don't have space for.Parents are very welcome to stay with the children on the day.

We will need you to raid your rubbish bins for as much of the following as you can to bring with you on the day (any other interesting bits and pieces heading for your bins most welcome too), so start collecting now!

  • Black plastic, or any other coloured plastic

  • Interesting plastic/paper (shiny or sparkly)

  • Old clothes/tights/scraps for costume making (pref Halloween colours i.e black t-shirts, black/red tights etc.)

  • Fruit/Onion nets

  • Scraps of wool

  • Egg boxes
