Water, Water everywhere at Lifetime Lab on Saturday 28th August 2010 when we host a Water Open Day 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Admission is free and children and adults alike can come and enjoy a series of fun stands and family activities which will help them find out more about water. Activities will include launching of water rockets from the Lifetime Lab garden, getting up close and personal with minibeasts that live in water, learning how to be a water detective, blowing giant bubbles and lots more.
Water Open Day is part of Heritage Week which runs from the 21st to 29th August 2010 and sees a whole range of events throughout the country celebrating our Heritage. For more information about Heritage Week events see www.heritageweek.ie
