Engineers Week Workshops 2010
Lifetime Lab is delighted to host a number of specially designed workshops for Engineers Week 2010.
The following workshops aimed at 5th/6th class pupils and are available free of charge at Lifetime Lab.
- Engineering Energy,Tuesday 9th February - Discover how engineering is playing a vital role as we look to new technologies to meet our demand for energy, in association with Sustainable Energy Ireland.
- Discover the Code, Friday 12th February - Explore how Morse code became the most popular form of communication of the past and is still faster that text messaging today,children will also build a simple electric circuit to send and receive messages in morse with our friends from the Irish Radio Transmitters Society.
