We are pleased to announce that the ECO-UNESCO Young Environmentalist Awards is bringing their innovative ECO-Dens to Lifetime Lab. We will see young environmentalists from all over Munster coming together in celebration of their amazing eco-action.

What is the ECO-UNESCO Young Environmentalist Awards programme?

ECO-UNESCO’s Young Environmentalist Awards is a programme that empowers young people to become better citizens, build awareness of environmental issues and promote simple lifestyle changes to improve the environment.

What are the ECO-DENS?

This year the ECO-UNESCO Young Environmentalist Awards judges will be coming to Cork! Judges will come Lifetime Lab for the ECO-DENS where Young Environmentalist Awards groups will get the chance to make a pitch to a panel of experts, tell the judges how their project makes a difference to the local environment, and why they should be in the final shortlist! This is an exciting new aspect of the all-island awards programme, taking it to a local level. The young people of Munster who care about the environment and are taking action to protect it, will meet each other and share their experience and knowledge.
